Régner Sucré & Salé: A bigger, greener, more efficient factory!

Home stretch: completion scheduled for September!

 

It's official: by September, Régner Sucré & Salé will reach a new major milestone in its development. Currently undergoing a complete transformation, our production site will reach a surface area of 6,000 m², marking a turning point in our production capacity, our logistical autonomy, and our environmental commitment.

 

A factory that lives up to our ambitions
- An XXL cold room: More than 900 pallets can now be stored on site, allowing us to internalize our logistics.
- A brand-new catering workshop: Entirely dedicated to our savory creations, this modern space will house state-of-the-art equipment to meet the growing demand for delicatessen products.
- A new dough-making line: This will allow us to produce breads, burgers, and sandwiches up to 14 cm, with consistency and artisanal quality.

- A fully renovated bread workshop: Designed to combine performance, hygiene and ergonomics, this refurbished space is part of our long-term vision of baking excellence.

 

A responsible and forward-looking factory
At Régner Sucré & Salé, we believe that innovation goes hand in hand with responsibility. That's why our new factory aims to be exemplary from an environmental perspective:
- 650 m² of photovoltaic panels: to produce part of our energy in a clean and sustainable manner.
- Reuse of our water: to limit waste and preserve resources.
- Ecological transition of refrigeration: abandoning R407 gas in favor of CO, which is more environmentally friendly.
- Full accessibility: our facilities have been designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility, because inclusion is part of our values.

This structural transformation would not have been possible without the commitment of our teams, our partners, and all those who have placed their trust in us for years. The expansion of our site is much more than a construction project: it's a promise for the future, one of continuing to innovate while remaining true to our commitment to quality, our artisanal roots, and our responsibility to the planet.
